The 2026 Boilermaker Ball, themed “Midwinter Night’s Dream,” invited guests to experience the charm of an enchanted garden in full bloom through a creative black-tie celebration. As Designer II, I worked closely with the lead designer to help bring the event concept to life, supporting both the event space design and the supporting materials used throughout the evening. My role included contributing to event space planning and floor layouts, color and material selection, and the development of visual elements such as event collateral, social media graphics, and signage. I also assisted with print coordination and helped develop the event style guide, including guest dress inspiration that aligned with the theme.

The Boilermaker Ball is a signature Purdue for Life Foundation event that brings Boilermakers together to celebrate Purdue while supporting initiatives that benefit students and the university community. Working alongside internal teams, vendors, and sponsors, we helped create a cohesive visual experience that carried the enchanted garden theme throughout the event.
